By creating an account or using Lullababy.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
Lullababy.ai helps parents log baby sleep, naps and feedings via a web dashboard and WhatsApp, and offers AI-generated routine suggestions based on age and the information you provide.
The Service provides general educational information only. It is not a medical device and does not replace a pediatrician. Always seek professional advice for health concerns. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and the WhatsApp number you register.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. Paid plans (Essential and Pro) renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes and invoices. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Do not misuse the Service, send spam through the WhatsApp assistant, attempt to access other accounts, or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lullababy.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
