We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, messaging, AI processing, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit and access-restricted per account. We keep data while your account is active; you can request deletion anytime.
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and opt out of reminders in Settings. Email support@lullababy.ai.
Accounts are held by parents/guardians. Data about a baby is provided and controlled by the parent.
